Cooking Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

  • 1 ripe avocado, diced

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: diced jalapeño or celery for crunch

Instructions:

  • In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, avocado, onion, and cilantro.
