Cooking Instructions

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • ½ tsp baking powder

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • ½ cup warm water (as needed)

  • Oil for frying

  • ½ cup sugar + 1 tsp ground cinnamon (for coating)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

  2. Add melted butter and enough warm water to form a smooth, elastic dough. Knead 5–8 minutes.

  3. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.

  4. Divide into small balls, roll each into thin circles.

  5. Heat oil and fry until golden and crispy on both sides.

  6. Drain on paper towels, then coat with cinnamon sugar while warm.
